As Turkish Technic, while carrying out our activities we have adopted the principle of providing a healthy and safe working environment to enhance the well-being of our employees and implementing continuous development and improvement activities in this regard. In line with our principles, we, as the senior management have undertaken the duty to promote a culture of occupational health and safety. Aiming to unite with all our stakeholders towards the same objective, we hereby declare our occupational health and safety policy to encompass all corporate campuses, including the operational activities, office functions, and the design and delivery of training services conducted at these locations.

Compliance with Laws

We undertake to provide a safe and secure working environment by exceeding national and international standards, laws and relevant legislation in the field of occupational health and safety; and to make the necessary arrangements and updates by effectively monitoring the changes in legal and other requirements.

Human Orientation

While planning to grow with new investments in line with our targets, we are committed to enhancing our technological infrastructure and leveraging advanced technology, prioritizing the occupational health and safety of all our stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and affiliates and striving to select equipment and structures with the lowest level of risk levels.

Communication

To measure and continuously improve our occupational health and safety performance, we are committed to ensuring effective participation and consultation by engaging with participants such as employees, employee representatives and union representatives, Furthermore, we encourage the use of communication channels where employees can express themselves and where their suggestions and complaints are duly evaluated.

Leadership

We are committed to ensuring the active participation of every employee in order to foster a robust occupational health and safety culture. By providing continuous training, we aim to increase the awareness of and inspire our employees to adopt occupational health and safety as way of life.

Risks and Opportunities

We are committed to eliminating hazards, reducing risks and developing action plans to manage opportunities by proactively identifying potential accidents and occupational diseases in advance through effective risk management. Furthermore, we strive to minimize occupational accidents and health-related losses by implementing predictive, preventive and inclusive measures.

We undertake to ensure the sustainability of the risk and opportunity management system by continuously monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness in order to safeguard the health and safety of all our stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

We undertake to ensure the continuous improvement of our occupational health and safety management system through specific, measurable, achievable and fit-for-purpose targets; to evaluate the feedback of national and international rating agencies, employees from all levels of the organization, and all other stakeholders; and to act with the awareness that the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors are an integral part of our success when planning new investments related to our workplaces.

We commit to reviewing our policy at least once a year at the senior management level within the scope of evolving needs, implementing necessary updates, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our management system.
