WORKING HOURS
Our working hours change according to the position.
Normal working hours are between Monday to Friday 8:30 -17:30.
Shift hours are arranged as 07:00 -15:00, 15:00 - 23:00 and 23:00 - 07:00.

VACATIONS
Yearly vacations vary according to an employee’s category and time at the company. Employees are allowed excuse, birth, death and natural

disaster leave.

OTHER BENEFITS
Employees are provided with transportation to and from work, medical services (by our company’s physician), meal services during work shifts and pre-school (kindergarten) education. In addition to the social opportunities that Labor Law comprises.

PRICING
Salaries are determined according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. All employees are given bonuses four times a year. Employees are paid foreign language compensation for English and German upon certification (e.g. TOEFL and KPDS).

TRAININGS
In order to perform the requirements of the job and to provide a basis for quality work, employees are encouraged to take aircraft and engine type training. Other technical and personal development courses are also available.
